Needed Files:  1.VMware® Workstation 7.1.4 build-385536

                       2.VMware® Workstation 7.1.4 build-385536 Serial Number

                       3.Windows 8.iso

If you have the files:  

1.Open VMware® Workstation 7.1.4 build-385536 and go to Help/Enter License Key.../Enter License Key...

2.Go to File/New/Virtual Machine... (CTRL+N)/Select Typical/Installer disc image file (iso) and select the Windows 8.iso file/Next/The select [ Other ] and then Next Next And Finish Wait to open And down.
